· Plans studies and collects data to determine cost of business transactions, such as raw material labor and burden cost, inventory and labor.

· Analyzes data obtained and records results

· Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs.

· Complies composite reports from individual reports of subordinates required by management.

· Calculates relationship of sales revenues to cost, and overhead expenditures.

· Prepares reports showing total cost, selling prices, or rates profit.

· Solely responsible for opening and closing jobs.

· Solely responsible for establishing and changing cost standards including new cost for manufactured parts and purchased parts.

· Will post material subledger batches and maintain a batch log to ensure accurate batch creation and posting.

· Assist in monitoring BOM items and account for errors identified.

· Will develop a report that identifies the difference between WIP and cost applied. Monitors report and takes corrective action.

· Sets up job budget feature to compare against actual costs and monitors comparisons against budget.
